Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories). We currently offer shipping to US only.

Tracking and order information will be sent via email when your order is ready to be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We allow returns within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we receive the returned products. Please note, your original and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to return:

Please have your order number ready. Email us at support@honestlymargo.com. In the subject line, please write "RMA REQUEST". We will issue you an RMA number along with a form to include in your return package. The RMA number is good for 30 days from its date of issue. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package as well. Once we’ve received your package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for the transaction to appear on your card.

We do not do exchanges. However, if you would like something in place of what you've purchased, you may return your items and place a new order with the items you’d like instead.
